About Our Horizontal CNC Milling Services
Teton Machine Company utilizes a horizontal machining cell including two Mazak HCN machines sharing a sixteen position automatic pallet changing system, along with two load/unload stations.
This horizontal system boosts productivity by allowing an operator to unload and reload one pallet while the machines continue working on other pallets.
The pallet system and the massive tool magazines of both machines allow us to set up several jobs at once and several work pieces per job. Shorter set up times, smaller production runs per part, un-attended operation and reduced tool change times result in lower inventories, shorter lead times and a leaner operation.
We have long term agreements in place with key customers and support kanban order systems including building to forecasted demand.
